Job Description

Being a growth-oriented, customer-focused company who recently achieved AS9100/ISO9001 registrations, we are seeking experienced CNC Lathe or Mill Setup and Machine Operators. The positions requires independence and accountability for quality and throughput of the CNC manufacturing cell.

The chosen CNC Machinist will be expected to:

· Perform high-tolerance prototype and production-style work using GD&T and in-process inspection methodology

· Program at the machine using G and M codes

· Be proficient with the use of Fanuc and Haas controls (mill-turn experience preferred)

· Work either 2nd (2 pm - 10:30 pm) or 3rd (10 pm – 6:30 am) shifts

CNC Lathe or Mill Machinists (Setup & Operation)

Job Requirements:

The qualified CNC Machinist will have at least 10 years of CNC lathe or mill experience, as well as:

  • Demonstrated ability to create products that require close tolerance

      • · Ability to accurately cut a wide variety of materials (e.g. titanium, tool steel, stainless, etc.)

      · Proven experience driving process improvement in a repetitive manufacturing environment along with in-dept knowledge of GD&T

      · Knowledge of ISO 9000 and AS9100 preferred
