Being a growth-oriented, customer-focused company who recently achieved AS9100/ISO9001 registrations, we are seeking an experienced technician to work in our Precision Injection Molding Area. The chosen candidate will work in a world class molding area that is quickly growing and specializes in scientific molding techniques.

Skill/Education Requirements:

• Skill and knowledge of scientific molding techniques.
• Passion to learn and a dedicated work ethic.
• Perform set-up and troubleshooting for injection molding.
• Perform start-up and shut-down procedures.
• Perform start-up inspections assuring the part quality is acceptable.
• Experienced with measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, comparator).
• Experience with Nissei machines/STAR robots a plus.
• Experience with cold and hot runner molds.
• Hands-on experience working with all types of thermoplastics.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in interpreting design drawings and participating in mold design reviews.
• Effectively participates with technical staff, designers, and engineers to create finished parts and components to customer specifications.
• High school diploma or equivalent and generally five or more years’ experience in this or similar position.

Salary:$14.00 to $20.00 Per Hour

Work Hours:7a.m.-3:30 p.m. Overtime may be required, as needed.
