Wire EDM: Our Six CNC Wire EDM Machines with travel sizes of 19" x 30" x 10" with auto wire thread enable the finest tolerances and finish requirements. Diamond wire guides from 0.006" to 0.012" permit creation of micro fabrications.  Conventional EDM: Our Six CNC EDM Machines with travel sizes up to 24" x 16" x 10" and the most accurate tooling to mount electrodes deliver what you expect and rely on to fabricate mold cavities and precision components in development and production. Our EDM areas are leveraged throughout our facility to provide lowest possible cost for prototype, equipment development and specialized machining projects.
