Utilizing standard vacuum forming and pressure forming provides quick turnaround of prototypes and short run plastic parts. Molds are efficiently machined using 3-axis and 5-axis machining centers. These same multi-axis routers can also enable accurate trimming of formed parts with a vacuum system to minimize fixturing, lowering cost. Secondary parts can be bonded in all types of materials to increase both function and fit of the vacuum parts.
